The institute for developing Science and Health initiatives was launched in 2014 with the goal to create awareness, strengthen capacity and power innovations to make Bangladesh a global leader in the field of biomedical sciences and translational research. Currently, ideSHi’s 5000 sq. ft. campus boasts state-of-the-art laboratories, including a BSL-2 plus facility, and dedicated units for different areas of research, from Automated Culture and AMR to Genomics and Oncology.
