Field Assistant

Education Qualification:

• SSC (Secondary School Certificate)

Responsibilities:

• Making field visits, motivating people, screening study subjects, and collecting information.
• Collecting samples and data relevant to the study.
• Demonstrating good knowledge of fieldwork procedures.
• Conducting efficient data collection.
• Utilizing motivation and interviewing skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Identifying problems in the field and reporting them promptly.
• Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
• Proficiency in using MS Office for data management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• SSC (Secondary School Certificate) as the minimum educational qualification.
• Strong data collection skills.
• Excellent motivation and interviewing skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
