Field Supervisor

Education Qualification:

• HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

1. Making field visits, motivating people, screening study subjects, and collecting information.
2. Collecting samples and relevant data for the study.
3. Demonstrating a strong understanding of fieldwork procedures.
4. Proficient in data collection techniques.
5. Utilizing motivation, interviewing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Identifying and resolving problems in the field and communicating them effectively.
7. Managing logistics for the program.
8. Supervising the program setup at the local working area.
9. Ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a culture of safety in the local working area.
10. Proficiency in using MS Office for data management and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
2. HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent educational qualification.
3. Strong data collection and fieldwork skills.
4. Excellent motivation and interviewing skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Problem-solving ability.
7. Willingness to travel extensively and work in project area outside of Dhaka.
8. Commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
9. Proficiency in MS Office.
